Well my course has a firewall that filters quite a lot of sites (A lot of wild cards i think) and when it blocked a site i saw the login button. Now to log in to the firewall to acceses the internet as a student is student as the user name and student as the pass. So I thought what if I tried the word tutor.

It worked.

Unrestricted access yay!

So... are you going to inform anyone of this serious design flaw, or just exploit it for your own personal gain, regardless of the questionable moral stance of your actions?

I say exploit. :D

Well, at least tell people who you can trust, like your friends. Those firewalls are generally pretty easy to bypass; totse has a tutorial.

They probably had a log that recorded bypasses of the firewall then, and that just sucks.
But at least congratulations on being a big enough rebel to even try that.
