My thought process reading through that went something like:
"Ooh, that sounds good. Ooh, that sounds even better. Sport peppers? I wonder what that is. Pineapple? Seriously? Who takes pineapp-- cranberries? Pine nuts? Olives?? Is there seriously a market for cranberry, olive hot dogs?"

Well, the cranberries, pine nuts, and olives are more for the salads, but that certainly hasn't stopped anyone before. People get same friggin weird combinations.
