My university caps upload speed. The computers in the library get 40mbps+ uploads. Not an issue now, but after I figure out FreeBSD I was planning on setting up a webserver (yes, off this laptop, lighttpd obviously), which would work (much) better on a full link.

Download speed less than halved. I had noticed that my Internet was being abnormally slow (and sometimes refusing to load pages for 30 seconds or so) recently.
