How do You Make Spoilers?

I dont know how to work spoilers out whenever i try it dosnt work can you please help me .. sorry for such a noobish question also i dont know where else to put this?

I believe spoilers do not work correctly due to browser issues at the moment. You can check back later to see if the problem was rectified.
