If you order this stuff at a restaurant back home, they bring it out, light it on fire in front of you, and everyone yells "OPA!!!" It's sweet.

I thought that was an awful misspelling of Nagasaki for a second there. :/

But seriously, that looks good, I'm gonna have to try it someday.
