Google. I think Microsoft is going to fall flat on their face with this Bing thing. No one else is really worth mentioning.
...except Cuil. Cuil is hilarious. If you don't know why Cuil is hilarious, make sure no one is watching your monitor and then Google "three men who aren't Jonathan Grattage".

Google. While about every other search engine in the world serves up a selection of graphical bullshit, Google just shows me what I want to see immediately, in plain text.
So, yeah. Google.

Don't get me wrong, it's still a terrible search engine. They did fix some things, though.
I didn't say "
cuil 'three men who aren't jonathan grattage'", I said "
google 'three men who aren't jonathan grattage'".
I googled the phrase before I made the post. First result.

Google, most of the time. I use Bing sometimes when I want it's layout. I use Wolfram Alpha for all kinds of computed questions.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Wolfram Alpha's awesome.
Edit: Even though it's not really a search engine.
The search engine I use the second most is Bing. I like the look of the site.
Edit: These days I seem to be using Bing more and more.
