like you get the same page for nmaps.net as you do
www.z23.net .. it doesn't exist if that prefix is on it.

It works fine for me. Make sure you didn't mistype the URL. Also scan your computer for malware. If problems still occur, come back with a more detailed description of what you are trying to do and what the problem is.

alright, i'll attempt to make my problem a bit more clear.
i can browse the site normally when i go to http://numa-notdot-net.appspot.com. Everything is just fine and dandy.
but here's the problem.
This is on the NUMA homepage.
"Ah, there's something about awful metaphors and presenting new Reviewers that is mildly appealing. Let us welcome our newest members of the Reviewer roster:
cheesemonger [nmaps.net]..."
When I click the link, it should take me to
www.nmaps.net/user/cheesemonger. When i try, i get the generic webpage that says that the site doesn't exist.
well,
crap. Out of this problem, a more interesting one has arose. (I put what i was going to say in a spoiler so i might contine it later.)
and now the problem went away altogether. o_O now it works just fine...all of it.
well, i guess that concludes this thread for now. thanks for the help.
