What college/NFL team(s) do you go for?
What teams do you hate?
What players are you fans of?
???
Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns are among my favorites.

I wanted to make a thread with the same title (not the caps and exclamation marks, though) sometimes, only mine would be about... football.

I expected a thread about "soccer". Nevermind.
Edit: Okay, now you made it completely confusing. Soccer is American term for for
this. When you wrote FOOTBALL !!! I thought you were talking about this. Just put
Football.

It's not soccer, U.K., it's football, U.S.A.

I go to KU, so that kinda explains the college team I root for. NFL wise, the Chiefs are my team, unfortunately.

Soccer, also known as Association Football (or just "football" in most countries which are not Australia or the USA) is a game which involves trying to kick a round ball into a net. It has goalkeepers, the World Cup, and lots of people called Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Robinho and so on. Also that David Beckham guy who married a Spice Girl.
American Football, also known as gridiron, is a game played in the US of A which involves helmets, Janet Jackson's costume falling off, and apple pie (possibly). Apparently there are also some guys running around on a field or something, and there's this thing called the "Superbowel", which I can only assume is what is required to sit through a match without visiting the bathroom. American football is the subject of this thread.

Woah, hey! That's what I'm talking about. 5 fucking 0 baby. Bring it on OU.
By the way, Awesome67, you'll find in general that sports threads don't go down very well at Metanet, especially threads that exclude 3/4 of our members.
EDIT: I sort of expect Dave to come along and make a joke about how many members my mom doesn't exclude. Bit worried.

Me and Kablizzy represent the Broncos fan club here. He's president because he, y'know, lived in Denver or whatever, but it's our club.
I also like the Bengals and the Bills.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers for the massive, humungous lose. I suspect the Alouettes are gonna take the Grey Cup, but hey, anything can happen.
