I was wondering if their were ever going to be location flags on the new forums. Probably not, but I thought it was a nice feature we had on the old forums. So, can we bring it back?

I don't think that's going to be implemented, as we already have the location text box.

Some do. Not everyone is gonna want to give that away.

Well, things have been going pretty alright without them so far, so i don't see any need to return them.

They are cool and all, but in my mind, their kind of pointless now that the text is there.

I agree with Commander. They were fun to have, but they are kinda pointless.

Yes, the flags where nice, but we have textboxes now.

And maybe not everyone is going to give his location. But on the old forum they did not do that to.
And people can just write some bullshit in it. :) Like me.
I can see why you want them here. But the reason is not strong enough to get them here.

The flag isn't that useful, I mean it might help on a random geography quiz, but other than that, someone's pride for a country can still easily be represented in the form of text. =)
