Applied math probably nets a better job than physics these days. I'm increasingly considering it, actually. I'd have to stay another year if I switch majors, though.

Actually, I'd appreciate advice about which to choose, especially from people interested in similar fields.
Applied Math leaves open almost everything else on that list when you go to grad school. As long as you take at least one or two CS and Physics courses, I'd say go Applied Math.
