Well, most of my friends still think that you have to attach "In my opinion" when you're giving your opinion on something, like "That car looks really cool." or "Eww, that girl has some abnormally huge boobs - and everything else" or "This thing should be done like this, not like that"

I personally think that idea is ridiculous. If I'm talking about something, whenever I use an adjective to classify it, then it's opinion.
