Bread, but only on the condition that it is warm.
Warm bread is severely underrated.

Bread. Ever been to Germany? They eat nothing else, they make sandwiches of course, but there are more types of German bread than there are names for them. And yeah, WARM BREAD.

I prefer Rice as a dish, but Bread is just far too daily to ignore. If Rice were as easy as toast, I'd consider it for breakfast.

Saying that, toasted bread products with various spreads are godly good.

I'll have to vote bread.

Uncle Ben's garlic-flavoured rice is probably one of the few foods that I prefer over any pastry or baked good. I prefer West African rice to Indo-Chinese rice.

If you think rice is more delicious than bread, you aren't eating the right bread.

If there was bread and rice, I would go with the pasta, therefore I can both eat bread and pasta which is indeed a tasty combination.

Rice; the sticky kind.

I mean, if it's the homemade kind of warm fluffy bread, or French baguette, I'd be torn, but the first thing I thought of was that generic sandwich bread you can buy at a grocery store.

Ew. The rice equivalent of eating that stuff by itself is, like, uncooked rice.

Additional case for bread: garlic bread.

Additional case for bread: garlic bread.
Additional additional:

Cheese on Toast.
Beans on Toast.
Crepes (savoury and sweet).
Boiled Egg and Soldiers.

Can you make a sandwich out of rice? No?

That's what I thought. Bread, all the way.
