piracetam!

Okay, so the way this stuff works is it potentiates every drug known to man. Caffeine gets you speedier, alcohol gets you drunker, weed gets you higher, etc. It has no effects of its own. I took a bunch of piracetam and then I went to this concert, and I had like one whiskey and a few hits on this chick's bowl and I am fuckin' gone right now. either that or the drink was spiked.

Adderall has a similar effect.

Hydergine and suritozole both look more interesting than the *racetams, in my opinion. The *racetams potentiation of drugs, though, is one effect I've been pretty thoroughly convinced isn't placebo.

Salvia activates the kappa-opioid system, which is considered to be part of the brain's natural defense against addiction. Even though most psychedelic users seem to dislike salvia, it has more reports of "health benefits" listed on erowid than almost any other compound on the site (it even has more than LSD!), which is quite something, for a drug that's so unpopular:

Which is to say, however unpleasant, apparently salvia is good for you. Who knew?
I still haven't done it, but after discovering that (which I only noticed, like, a week ago), I'm planning to as soon as I get the chance.

Whoah, that's fantastic. I'ma have to do some more.
See, I have a certain amount of appreciation for it because I'm impulsive and have things to do. I can't devote an entire day riding the same high unless it's an upper, and even then I wouldn't like the thought that I shouldn't try to do anything important.
But salvia is short and intense, with no side effects afterwards, which makes it super convenient.
The first time I tried it, I was at a party spanning the floor of a dormitory. I ducked into a dorm with a couple of friends to try the stuff. It was just, "Hm... I'm not feeling anything g-- I AM INSIDE THE WALLS AND TIME IS GOING BACKWARDS BOW TO YOUR NEw god as... wh... oh. Well, that was fun!" And then I was back in the party like nothing happened. I was away for 10 minutes, tops.

All of those except chocolate are just caffeine. Fine then I'll rephrase to appease your silly "logic"...
I don't have any intention of doing non-prescription drugs just for the sake of doing them. Anything (caffeine, alcohol, etc.) that I drink is because of the taste.

I've never really been attracted to drugs but after some research I might have to try to get my hands on some salvia.

Bullshit. Nobody gets into drinking alcohol for the taste. I adore the taste of Scotch, but I certainly didn't like it when I was fifteen. I learned to like the taste of alcohol, because I associated it with the effects of alcohol; it's called classical conditioning. Same goes for coffee: I learned to drink coffee when I was at TIP and I had to get up early every morning and go take classes. Funny, that. You give coffee to a baby and it will hate you.
You can, after learning to like it, drink for the taste, -but-, you do not start drinking for the taste. You start drinking for one of two reasons: to get drunk, or to look cool in front of your high school buddies. And the first option is more respectable. This is as bad as those people who say they smoke weed because it helps them be creative or some shit.

How do you know if someone is sober at a party?
They'll tell you.
That joke works with all kinds of annoying self-righteous people, not just vegetarians.

You must be some sort of prophet or something, because that South Park episode came on a few hours after you said that.

Oh hot damn. Get in on it quick, though. Salvia should be illegal pretty soon.

Could you PM me a decent supplier that accepts PayPal or AlertPay and isn't going to charge me $20 to ship from Canada? Because right now I'm looking at mailing cash, which blows.

What gives you the right to say what nobody or everybody does? I for one absolutely love the taste of vodka on the rocks. I love the taste of coffee with a crapload of cream and sugar in it. I don't even drink coffee on a daily basis because it has virtually no effect on me; I've had mornings where I drink 3 cups for breakfast at a restaurant and promptly go home and take a 4-hour nap. As far as "give coffee to a baby and it will hate you", taste buds change. If
