Baklava is a flaky pastry made with nuts and honey. I associate it with Greek culture, although Wikipedia tells me it's big in Southeastern Europe in general. It is perhaps the second most delicious dessert in existence, albeit obviously inferior to lemon meringue pie.

				Lemon meringue pie is delicious.

But seriously my grandmother makes these things (petit fours) every year for Christmas, they're not bad.
