It was on the old forums, but i cant post on it anymore so how do i join on these forums?

To my knowledge, that thread doesn't exist on these forums yet.
But I guess you could always just take the image-bar and put it into your sig for now.

u rate EVERY map u play, and try to comment on it too. it gives more attention to the nooby or just ignored maps
