Corrupt data

So I start up my game and says my data is corrupt, I didnt turn it off while it was saving or anything so im not sure what happened. If anyone has any information on how to restore/fix anything is appreciated. If not how to prevent it from happening I had just lost alot of progress and afraid it might happen again. Thanks is advance.
