How would you describe a map using someone's name?

By this, I mean using a single describing word which conveys how similar a map is to someone's mapping style. Like Atobish or Cahuesque. I'm going to compile a list of any we can come up with, and hopefully get these words into circulation :D.

If you're compiling a list, that means they are already being used/acknowledged. You could easily put any member's name in front of -ish and call it a description. I do not approve of this. :(

That was a very Kablizzy Sucks-esque comment.Kablizzy Sucks wrote:If you're compiling a list, that means they are already being used/acknowledged. You could easily put any member's name in front of -ish and call it a description. I do not approve of this. :(

I have to agree with KS here. This can be done with any author that has a relatively distinctive style, so what's the point? You're basically just making a list of authors that have relatively distinctive styles.

Eh, this was mostly a spur of the moment thing, since i kept coming up with more and more contrived names for popular authors. Lock if your not fun.

I was going to lock this, but I am immensely fun, so I will instead posit that tetrisonian is "resembling a rather large and somewhat erect penis".

Aha, the answer to that is part of the surprise with me and southpaw. Wait until the 30th :DTunco wrote:Matt, what happened to your weekly author/review graphs (or something like that)?MattKestrel wrote:Eh, this was mostly a spur of the moment thing, since i kept coming up with more and more contrived names for popular authors. I would say if it was just the name well a map based on me would be just rockets.
But then the map style would be just plain boring and bad.

This is why I like Sendy. Sendy's maps are just Sendy.
