We have IP checks. If you do nominate under someone else's username, your original ballot and the fraudulent ballot will not be added to the final tally before voting.

Does that make sense, everyone?
What if I use another IP?
Just checking your security...

All of your votes become null.
Any more questions?

Then we IP ban you from the forums, etc.
Any more questions?
That's a little harsh.
Yeah, actually.
Do we know approximately when this setup will be ready to be launched?

Could you not have some kind of system that requires authentication from the forums or some user or something?

I'm really just offended that any of you have considered casting more than one ballot.

Seriously, if you don't have the integrity to be a trustworthy part of the community then please don't participate.

I would rather not vote at all then in a non-secure system.
Just making sure.

Can you change your nominations once submitted? Cause there are like over a month of maps and other stuff still to come.

Okay, more about the error;
After that one, I went to the IRC, Orange told me about therealn.com/dronies instead of dronies.therealn.com. I got there, submitted the nominations, and I got directed to therealn.com without any "Your nominations have been submitted"-like confirmation.
Was that successful?

To clarify: You can nominate anything that's been released on or after December 1st, 2008, right? When Dronies '08 voting started?

Fixed. Sorry about that. I did say around Friday, though...

I thought the site was simple enough, but...
Instructions:
1. NUMA username (don't press enter)
2. NUMA password (don't press enter)
3. Fill out your nominations form
4. Press enter or click the submit button.

That's how it's always been, I can't imagine any logical reason to change that.

Couple more questions: do we need to link everything we nominate (even mapmakers, mappacks, etc)? And, is the site bbcode friendly?
