Age: 14 - turning 15 in May.
Livin' in: NC (North Carolina) - In a small rural area known as Snow Camp. Apparently, the Quakers came and settled it here, but it got it's name from it's literal meaning; It was always snowing when they camped.
What I like: Photography; Almost all forms of art, like, literally, almost all forms... And trust me. There's a lot; I dabble in writing and graphic design; photography; video games; photography; books, specifically, the Twilight series. Before you go off ranting, I haven't seen the movie, and only like the books because they're fantastic. Action romance with an odd twist. No fan-boyishness here; There's music in there to. I want to take up the guitar soon, but my finances are a problem. Oh yeah, there's photography as well. Oh, I forgot. The only physical thing I actually enjoy doing is parkour. This is due, in part to Mirrors Edge videos on youtube, and a marathon of old Chinese movies. Parkour originated in France sometime in the 1970s methinks, and has become somewhat popular, in Europe, at least. I, however, am not very good at it. I'm agile enough, but my arm strength, as well as my balance, are severely lacking. By the by, parkour is another another one of those art forms I was talking about, just in case you were wondering.
Plans for Uni: I plan to go to some art school, of some kind. I really don't care which, as long as it looks good on the resume I hand to Time Magazine when I apply to be their photographer. Then again, I have a while to think about it.
I'm basically like gloomp, from the first page which I have recently visited, but amped up a whole helluva lot. And my name's Alexander. Or Alex. Or, better yet, 'Xander, though that may remind people of Zander. I think I said that already. Did I?
I've been told that I have a visual eye that can shape and mold things into nice looking art pieces. Apparently, other people think so too, so I'm going to begin an internship at CCI Photographics. :D^999. Though I can't remember the beginning initials exactly. In the beginning though, I wanted to draw, like my father, but my hand wasn't steady enough. I wanted to paint, like my grandmother, but when I have a brush in my hand, things go awry very, very quickly. I finally settled on being a musician, like my grandfather, a drummer, but I settled on photography instead, since my finances weren't agreeing with me at the time, and still aren't. So, I'm basically like an awesome engine inside a decrepit old car; Very cool, but you can't do anything with it. That's why I got into photography. I could make paintings, but in the blink of an eye.
FUN FACT!I'm probably the only black person for miles who doesn't enjoy hip-hop, and instead prefer a vast range of music, all the way from indie pop, to rock, to electronica. It's probably from my muddled up heritage, though. O_o.
In short, I really want to create things, but don't have the means to do so. So yeah. There's my wall of text.
EDIT: After reading each and every one of these posts, I've found that there's a little bit of me in every fucking person here. I feel all warm and fuzzy now! :D If there are any typos and stuff, it's probably because it's 2 AM, so I'll get to them on the morrow. I also agree with someone who said something a few pages back about how being home schooled allows you to be more eloquent and opinionated, verses those in public schooled. Though, I still wouldn't wish something as terrible as that upon anyone,

I said have stopped coming here, not in the process of leaving, silly. People like Maniak, Keron, iangb, sweep, spect, Borealis posts intermittently, Obby's been gone since he got married, McP's been banned twice or something, then there are some of the really old guys like Daddaluma who shows up every blue moon, Trogdor, and there are some others who I can't remember right now.blackbelmoral wrote:who's leaving?Twistkill wrote:It's good to see so many fresh, young, and upcoming forumers here. No, Obby was his name. He is an outspoken Christian who frequently debated with Tsukatu and DemonzLunchBreak on the old forums and he often referenced his girlfriend, whom he is now (apparently) married to, which was the cause for his leave, according to him. He has not been seen since.blackbelmoral wrote:Obby as in t0bby?

sweep was an influential and respected moderator who created Metasecret on the old forums, helped with NUMA, and even received an award from Mare and Raigan themselves for outstanding contributions to the community. I haven't seen him for many months.
McP was also a Christian who debated somewhat, but nowhere near to the extent of Obby. They also joined around the same time as me and scythe33. He was much more aloof and essentially the forum clown, who made many jokes and controversial posts. He was eventually banned, came back several months later, and was banned again. He has not joined this forum yet, which gives everyone a fresh start.

Info:Friends, math. Games always excite me, but they've fallen into FPS or puzzle, and you can't find any good originals. Math is always something I like, I can perform lightning fast calculations with amazing accuracy, like an average 15 year old. I also make sure everyone recognizes my nerdiness, because I might as well embrace it. I wan't to get fit, as I am rather weak, but I've got no workut equipment. Lacroose and soccer are my two favorite sports, football, baseball, and basketball are pretty lame to me. Hanging out with my friends always gives me a warm sensation f pride, knowing that they like to hang with me to. I have a refined method of bugging people, and I can probably crack most people into forcing me to meet with them and the guidence counselor, but I don't do that anymore. I'm rather artistic, and everything I make is refined to match my style, only I would make it. That's all you really need to know about me, I hope we can be friends whoever is reading this!

I'm 14, turning 15 on September 30th, and I go to High School.
My aspiration is to become a Film Director, Producer and ScreenWriter, maybe actor as well, but not so much.
My Interests include games, films (mostly horror, comedy, etc.), zombies, non-fiction books and maybe the occasional fiction one, eBay, South Park, Jackie Chan and the AVGN.
Interesting things about me: I ride the Unicycle to school sometimes, I used to do gymnastics, I am a video game collector (This is how much I have so far) and I am starting my own eBay buisness.
