IRC problems!

I seem to be having trouble connecting to the server. I've tried and failed using multiple clients, including Chatzilla, mIRC, and Mibbit. I have tried changing the port to both 6668 and 6669 with no success. Earlier in the day mIRC would not connect but I could still get on Mibbit with no problem. Now I'm getting "could not resolve hostname" when I try. I've even tried reinstalling mIRC. What oh what is wrong? ;_;
