Keep getting connection refused ;-;

Try to explain the problem in greater detail.

The simplest explanation is that you're not using the right server address.

Well, I'm using irc.waypastelevel.net port 6667. Actually, I pretty much can't connect to any network even with firewall turned off. In Chatzilla and mIRC.
Using online IRC client, seems to work.

Try irc.waypasteleven.com

That's what you get for leaving the community for a while. The server address changed a while back.

Side note: Do you mind creating this thread again? It'll help a lot of the newbies. Thanks.

The only thing I can think of is trying various other ports, like 6668 and 6669.
