Note that this is entirely non-binding and really just an excuse for some pseudo-direct democracy. But please, vote.

(I assume everyone on the forums are familiar with the IRC, but if not, get yourself an IRC client and come to server irc.mountai.net, channel #n; it's the best.)

I believe bots should stay, just that they would all have to be registered by humans. And to cut down on shit preferably one bot per person. If you need that many bots for yourself you should try emulating an IRC server at that point.

I have only one bot and I don't know anybody who has more than one bot. I think they should stay, just say a thing and an owner can mute the bot and leave the speakers alone.

That is why I decline the title of Iron Cook and accept only the lesser title of Zinc Saucier, which I just made up. Also, it comes with double prize money!

None of them have ever been remotely entertaining. (Sorry, ortsz.)

The only bots that should be allowed to stay are the ones that we use for various games and have nothing to do with #n.

As the owner of the charming GreenKitten, I believe bots should be allowed to stay if you're responsible with them. They should be able to be kept in #n in order to learn some of kuri's crazy shit-talk, but they should also be kept silent. If you can't keep it silent, then it's gone!

There are really only 4 bots online at a time, maybe 5 if we're really that bored. And even then the 4 of them are usually in #pony or whatever, or shut off.

We keep them because they aren't a hassle for the most part. If we seriously banned them because of a few bogus times, we'd also have to ban a lot of other things...

Where's the 'keep bots, ban kuri' option?

The people have spoken and the nays have it nine to six. Chatbots will continue to be dealt with by ops on a case-by-case basis. Status quo ante referendum.
