The 2012 Nomination Form will work as follows:

1. PM me with the subject "validation code" and I will send you a seven-letter validation code. I'm deleting any forms without validation codes and usernames.
2. Fill out the form above. This year the nominations will be ranked with first favorite, second favorite and third favorite. (If you're curious, first will get 3 points, second 2 and third 1, and the maps with the most points will move on to the final voting round.)
3. You'll only be able to submit once to the form, so if you mess up or change your mind, PM me and I'll delete your submission so that you can re-submit it.
4. I will be going over the submissions one by one to make sure nobody's voting for themselves. So help me out by not voting for yourself.
5. One map can be in as many different categories as it qualifies for, but only once in each category, i.e. a NReality DDA Collab can be in three different categories. Or four if you nominate it for Best-Looking. I didn't write descriptions so use your brains to determine if a map is eligible in a category.
6. Nominations will be open for a month or two depending on how many submissions get and how long it takes to verify the submissions.

Some thoughts.
Do we need both a best looking and an N-art category?
I'm still not sure about letting Nreality maps into any category other than the Nreality maps category.

Differentiating between best-looking and best tileset might be tricky. Review should be revoked if people are going to vote the way they did last year.

I'm still pissed that my votes from the 2011 Dronies weren't counted (or at least, my name wasn't on the thank you list) Can someone please verify this?

I've said that I counted everyone who put their username and email address. If you aren't on the list, then you did not fill those out.

Dude, you're getting mad at me for doing my job. I give you the validation code and you include it. If that doesn't happen I don't count the noms/votes. I hope you understand this.

LIFE UPDATE

Working long hours for minimum wage at Wendy's is taking a lot out of me. Once again, Dronies nominations are open until I submit my own. And to do that I need to buy a laptop. I'm planning on going to the Kablizzing which means paying $500 for a flight, and I still have a few people I need to pay back money to. So I've polled a litter of kittens and they agreed that noms are open until approximately the end of April. Some of the categories have been overlooked, mainly the Best Quote and Best Post, Mappack and Run of the Year. Browse for quotes here; for best post, maybe just spend a few minutes browsing the forums. I've given you plenty of time to play though at least a few of the mappacks from 2012 (and there's currently no consensus for them), so please nominate some. To find a run, what I like to do is open up N, randomly pick a level and look at the top score. Only runs from 2012 are allowed; you can find out when a run was submitted on infunity. Click here for highscores and here for speeduns, then just fill in the episode and level numbers. (NUMA maps are also allowed. HIGHSCORE and SPEEDRUN)

If those four categories don't get enough nominations I'll have to drop them, and that would be a shame. I'll still be able to get on here daily if you need a validation code.

EDIT: Totally forgot to add: if you have already submitted a form but want to add to it, you should PM me with a list for anything you want to add, e.g.

• 1 - MAPPACK 1
• 2 - MAPPACK 2
• 3 - MAPPACK 3

1 being first, 2 being second, 3 being third.
