if there are zero maps suggested in the next 2 hours, i'll give another week to suggest maps
if there is exactly one map suggested, it wins!

Matt decided to be stupid and eliminate himself from BOTH HS AND SR with less than 2 days to do.
anyway, golfkid and heartattack are out of hs and sr respectively.
demodominator and van didn't show up at all. They're out.

As for Rd2, First two people to suggest maps get their maps voted on.
If there is only one suggestion, it wins
If only one person posts and he posts more than 1 map, it goes down to the tiebreaks in the first post
