on the first page there are spoilers for descriptions of everything needed (spoilers as in collapsed information, click to expand them)

Yeah. The spoilers might be tough to spot if you're using the default skin, but there's nothing I can do about that :(

To answer your question anyway: yes, you must use all your packs, and everything inside those packs, in one map. The only time something is optional is if the pack specifically says so.

As soon as PALEMOON sends out the packs, we'll start.

EDIT: If he doesn't, for whatever reason, send them out in the next day or two, I'll just send them out myself. I have most of the packs and can use a random number generator in place of whatever program he uses. I would do it myself right now, but like I said, I have most of the packs, not all.

I wanna ask something about pack stacking.

One pack says 5 E tiles, and another pack says 7 E tiles. So i have to put 12 E tiles, right?
