Don't fight it... there's not a ton of levels worth rating these days... the fact that the vast majority are yours is something to be proud of...

I think that lot of that maps really deserves 5 (underworld for sure!). But it's not fair to other mappers with good maps. I think sniping (and this is propably anti sniping?) started in v2.0, too. Sad fact. I think I am one of the victims very often.

People know who the good mappers are... as long as you play long enough... don't worry about getting noticed and definitely don't use ratings as an indication of popularity...

Honestly, it would be great to see a little more thrasher, phurix, BMS (behndmysarcasm), panstromek (lel) levels rated because they are usually great and fun.

Yea plus some of the raters are those ppl who make those 2min crap maps you mentioned Crunchytoast. Maxwell I think its just noticeable because you make more maps than anyone else and there comes a time when rates given by ppl who are searching by author add up to get past the minimum number of rates needed. I make more maps of quality. I take time to making maps on 1.4 and then converting to 2.0 while others make some 'maps' that are done in 2 minutes thought.

Just played that map. Jesus Christ it looks artfully confusing. Very, very fun and but i always die by the drone when i'm near a corner. I see what you mean with the gold portion: if i would make it, i would put it in specific portions and include one-way platforms for added difficulty and exact jumps.

2. i use Neditor 1.4 because I am so used to it. I tried the 2.0... it's scary man o.o . Also, it doesn't help that i don't have the old version of N2 on my Mac to test levels there on the spot...

I'm confident this can be beaten... by the time the fall kills you... you can get past the first two by chimneying when the thwumps are going back up... then slowing yourself down on them when you're falling... then past that you can cushion your fall on the thwumps coming back up when you're falling by jumping on the sides... it just requires dark magic to hit them consistently... it would be an amazing run to get a completion on this level and I really wanna see it...

Ehm Im confused about the matO guy -because the real Rikaninja said in a map that Eddysgotmygoat is ''his friend''. And eddysgotmygoat said replying to me ''duh Eddymatogallos is the other dude james_s'' -i.e matO is Rikaninja.

And all the fake Eddys play at the same level as Rikanninja, so it could just all be him. It doesn't seem too likely that Rikaninja and his ''friend'' both know Suzz. I guess because Rikaninja isn't an ace player there's not point for him to get his real name into the highscores. I just would've thought that Rikaninja is cooler than that -cause even if matO was actually amusing, its surely annoying by now AND he's seen that the real Slim Eddy dislikes it...
