Got the new route on 44-2, broke into the top 5 and improved my score by over 2 seconds. Could be a bit faster coming out of the middle area, but getting both the wj after the first launchpad, and especially the exit switch in one run is extremely difficult. So I'm going to be satisfied with this. Also, single digits away from passing Mr_Lim now!

That's because you beat all non-dotted runs. Runs made with the first versions of NReality are dotted because they weren't "as secure", and hence it's like they don't count, so you still got that 0th. I don't support this, because I don't think any of the dotted runs at all is cheated, so I'd just remove that feature, but hey that's how it works currently.lifdoff wrote:I know. Congratulations, shomman, you even almost took 0th! Definitely something to be proud of. But, to be precise, that's not a Metanet score. Metanet scores are only for the levels that were made by Metanet and included in the official 1.4 release of the game, which is to say episodes 00-99. Please don't take this the wrong way saying that what you did wasn't as worthy of an accomplishment; I would say the overall 0th quality of runs on the blue_tetris/Legacy episodes (100-199) are close to the quality of Metanet 0ths by now so to come so close to a 0th is pretty good. The main difference is there hasn't been as much competition on those as in the Metanet levels, so the threshold to get into the top20 is much lower than on the Metanet levels.shomman wrote:Had a quick go at 134-0, thanks to you lifdoff, and got a score to my surprise. I estimate that the average quality of 100-199 0th runs are comparable to 2008-2009 Metanet runs. But still, some of those 2008-2009 0ths took several years to be beaten.
