Ha, no problem, Ad.
And it seems we have moved from one problem to another, folks. I now have all the scores for Week 5 in my inbox, but my computer is in a funk. I'm pretty lucky to be posting from it after the meltdown it had this afternoon. Blue-screens aplenty and a psychedelic light show convulsing out of my screen, yum. Obviously, I don't want to risk managing a week with such a shoddy laptop. To make matters worse, I can't manage it from my home PC, because that's broken as well.
I've already called up IBM/Lenovo's help line, and they've determined that my problems are software-related, so I'll be getting the laptop reimaged on Monday. Don't worry, though. I've got all my files backed up, so I won't lose our progress, although Week 6 will have to be put off again, I'm afraid. I just don't feel comfortable doing something that important when my laptop could go haywire at any moment.
I feel bad, so I'm going to devise a little Special Event for you all to enjoy in the interim. Look for it on the blog in the next day or so. Scrimmages are also open, and will count towards the Week 5 results.
Aside from the blog post, I may not be around that often for the next few days to a week. I might still show up on the occasions when my computer is functioning properly, so don't be afraid to PM me about the contest or anything else. I'm really sorry my luck is so rotten.
I'm also sorry you had to read all this. I didn't originally set out to write a mini-tower-post. o,o

Well, horrible luck. Just golly darn it.
Anyways, I really hope your comp get's better soon. And I want to say that you're awesome. You keep this contest going. Even when the blue screen of death comes. You're awesome.

Why don't you just give the results to a judge who can forward our results to us? It seems like a good idea right now.

Because I'd need to check the scores against the Gym scores first, record the results, put all of the data from this week into the spreadsheet, and then give someone the OK to send the results along. Updating the spreadsheet and other files is really my main concern. I don't want something to go horribly wrong where I end up losing any of this week's data. Everything as of yesterday is backed up, but if I've modified anything and my computer takes a turn for the worse, I could lose what I've done since then. I'm trying to modify all the files on my computer, not just the Neditor Nation ones, as little as possible until I can get things fixed. Also, opening the spreadsheet in the first place might tax my computer enough to screw it up. To that end, I'm also trying to be as thrifty with my computer's resources as possible. Like I said, I'm not comfortable moving forward until my computer is back to its old self. Sorry again for the inconveniences.

Well I hope you can get things fixed up!
I'm secretly grateful for this, as I had been horribly busy. And this probably makes me sound like a selfish ass, but your bad luck fits my schedule perfectly! ;D
But with all seriousness, I'd be happy to help you with things you can't do.

I don't think that challenges have re-opened yet because Pheidi hasn't sent out any Gym Challenge wins or losses yet (to my knowledge anyway; I haven't heard whether or not I beat PALEMOON, and I know a few others haven't either).

Yep, Gym Challenges are still closed. Sorry. Hopefully we'll be able to resume when my laptop returns from service.

If your post is close enough to the other challenges when Week 6 opens, I'll count it. If it's been separated from Week 6 by a good bit, you'd be better off reposting it. It depends on how active this thread is in the downtime. I don't expect it to be very active at all, but we'll see. Also, I'm contemplating a Special Event at the moment. Maybe later this week I'll make good on my promise to start one in my absence.
Ugh, this delay is making me so frustrated.

Well, I've had my computer back since Friday, and (knock on wood) I haven't had any problems so far. I'll try to have the Week 5 Results compiled so that we can start Week 6 next Monday, the 9th.

All the scores are in, and have been in for a while now. I just need to go through them and send out the results.

The order of the Gyms is here. As for the PM's, they're going out tonight. I was going to do them last night, but the forums decided to disappear for a while.
Edit: About halfway through the PM's now. I'll finish the other half by the end of tonight, with results posted tomorrow.
Edit: A little later than anticipated, but all PM's have been sent. Results to follow this evening.
