TWIST ENDING, AS PROMISED :D

thread

Well! Many of you may not remember the last time I put one of these things on, but they were fairly popular back in the day. Some people have been bothering me to do another, and I'm now finally bowing to their pleadings. Here's the thread for LMC 2, which contains most of the pertinent information. I trust that you guys won't be all nitpicky over what qualifies as linear, right? You understand what a linear map is? Good. Here's a quote with important information.

LMC[3] is going to be split into rounds, and each round will have a theme. Be forewarned, these will be weird themes, and I encourage you to be creative with them.
After the deadline (a week) is up, judging will be tallied, and if you have the lowest score [and second lowest, depending on the number of participants], you're out.
Wondering about prizes? So am I. I'm open to any weird and wacky suggestions you have.

So yeeeah, that's about it for now. Sign up!

A'right, week one. You still have a week to sign up, should you not have yet.

The theme for this week is:
After the fire.

Submit maps to NUMA with the tag "LMC3" by July 2nd.

Judges, use the following rubric in judging:
Fun: x/50
Aesthetics: x/25
Use of theme: x/25

Question:
Does linearity apply to the completion route only? (So can there be optional gold routes?)
