Well, i started dating my girlfriend when i was almost 14, so i was even younger than you. And i'm still with her now. I'm currently 17. That aside...

Most of our dates were just simple things that didnt cost any money, or stuff. Just visiting her house, and taking her to the park or something similar is a big hit. You get to know each other, and get more comfotable talking to her.

No, not at all. If you can't find something to say about, just say that you find situations like this "the situation you are in at the moment or the feelings you have" funny, and explain it. She will probably find you funny or cute, she will start to talk with you. I'm pretty sure this will work.

Y'know what? After having been subtle and relatively dateless for a span of nearly ten years (And granted, a large chunk of that was taken up with my engagement as well, but that aside), My date-to-asking ratio has skyrocketed by exponents when being *too* forward. In fact, the more forward I've been, the better I've ended up.
