Round 1 Judging:

1. bufar (4-10-4):
  • The impossible gold irked me, as did the off-centeredness.
  • You were short one "8" tile, one "1" tile, twenty "5" tiles, and over one "4" tile. That's way too many.
2. PALEMOON (7-19-2): Nmaps.net
  • Those are some sexy headphones.
  • You followed all the Kicks to a T!
3. kkstrong (8-6-4): NO MAP = Disqualified!
  • What happened man?
  • I thought you wanted in.
4. sTalkR (9-8-1): Nmaps.net
  • Great idea with the one ways, but the mines ruined the noncheated demos.
  • Kudos for following your Kicks.
5. squibbles (18-18-18): Nmaps.net
  • You have five locked doors, and you needed five trapdoors. D'oh! You were also short three gold.
  • Some of the jumps were fun, but overall it was a bit boring.
6. romaniac (11-3-20): Nmaps.net
  • You got some pretty bad Kicks, but you still made a really good KRA.
  • However, the gauss wasn't used very well.
7. Kablamo (11-6-5): Nmaps.net
  • You also got horrible Kicks, so you get some lee-way.
  • But you really didn't try, or at least that's what it looks like.
8. Amadeus (20-5-4): NO MAP = Disqualified!
  • Why didn't you make a map?
  • I was looking forward to your submission.
9. BionicCryonic (10-9-5): NO MAP = Disqualified!
  • I cry when you fail.
  • Stop failing.
10. numa_ninja (19-4-14): Nmaps.net
  • You were short 4 'E' tiles. :(
  • Even so, this map was amazingly fun.
Round 1 Results:

0th: PALEMOON
1st: numa_ninja
2nd: sTalkR
3rd: romaniac
4th: squibbles
5th: Kablamo

PALEMOON is the new judge, and I need ten new contestants. Post with the word 'sprinkle' if you want to participate.

KS, you are mistaken, I sprinkled three pieces of gold under tiles to use them, but retain the symmetry.

Sprinkle. I've been making maps for a while, but never knew where to post them, so let's give this a go.

EDIT: EDIT: Ok, I can't verify my account for some reason. So, I have to use my little brother's old one. I delisted all of his levels 'cuz he said he didn't care. So, I am now ME(N)TALMAN on Numa. Not my choice of a name, but at least I have an account

Can we I get a PM when this starts. Thanks!

Then I'd recommend not doing that again. I'll take non-symmetry over hidden symmetry any day.

How recurring will this constant be? You'll be reminded quite often.

If so, can I do a recurring sprinkle for the next 5 rounds?

Seven inside rows or columns? I presume a column/row is just one tile thick and not from a certain gridline setting?

I got that last time (It's a bitch). I was not informed of an error, so I presume I got it right. It's like this:

Yeah, there should be 49 empty tiles centered in the middle of your map. No tiles, no objects. squibbles did it right.

Alternately the 'H' gridline gives you a nice outline of this forbidden zone. Just a helpful hint.

Wait what?

Only the middle 49? GODDAMIT! >.<

I thought it was the whole of the middle 7 rows, and the whole of the middle 7 columns...so a plus-sign like area.
