I believe IP banning hasn't been implemented yet.
Of course, there's always less legal methods of getting around that kind of thing. I can't mention them, though.

I've gotten past the point of banning him every time he shows up. He always seems to be nice and courteous for about 2 weeks and then goes batshit insane.

I'd rather just ban the accounts he goes batshit insane on than spend my time trying to figure out which accounts are him or not.
