QFE. Green sticks out far too much. Or even just a different shade of purple would work.Condog wrote:Kudos to the Legacy Elite! Maybe a silver would go good as a colour for them, at this point.

Green is OK, but it's a little too intense. A slight adjustment to the brightness and it'll look perfect.

All the user group colours are pretty haphazard. The colours for admins, global mods, and mods should go along some kind of continuum so it's obvious the order in which they are ranked. Regular users can be something generic that fits with the colour of the skin. Legacy Elite can be anything else that looks good and isn't similar to the other colours.

It's been changed from granny smith apple to key lime pie.
The colors for admin and global mod are gold and then bronze. The mod and user groups have similar colors, because they have rather similar permissions in most places; they're really only special on their specific forum.

I guess that makes sense. Still not convinced about the colours themselves but I've got no specific suggestions. Can they be modified for different skins?blue_tetris wrote:It's been changed from granny smith apple to key lime pie.

What's up with "edited by" lines ending up underneath signatures? Or is that something that can't be changed?

Can those of us who came in Zenith's top 20 apply to join the Legacy Elite group? We never did get added to the old forum roster.

I applied earlier, and linked wedgie to the announcement of the Finalists. I trust wedgie will sort things out soon enough.Ad. wrote:Can those of us who came in Zenith's top 20 apply to join the Legacy Elite group? We never did get added to the old forum roster.

And at Ad and Phiedi, you can apply for the Legacy group. Start up a thread somewhere for all the Elite to post in, and we'll promote them from there.

Yeah I had originally just looked up the legacy elite usergroup on the old forums and used that list to promote people on this forum, but this turned out to be a bad choice. Mod's that were in the legacy elite didn't show on this list, jtbandes (coder doodz) didn't show on this list and most of the people from zenith weren't in the group at all. O_o I've gone through the thread that Pheidippides referred to and added the people that had been missed.
Problem is that you can only be in one group at a time though, so if you want to use your mod powers, Pheidippides, then you need to stay in the mod group, though you will still appear in the legacy elite group. The same thing applies to me, Calcy and George.
I've added everyone that is currently registered on these forums, so anyone that may have been missed or joins in the future will need to request an add.

Thanks!
LV, I was going to apply through the CP, but I thought I'd check here first.

Why would there be a need? It's only wedgie, Calcy and I.Zora_S_Kenneth wrote:No "dedicated" group for the legacy elite that are also mods? Aw, that sucks.
New skins are currently be designed, so it won't be long until a proper skin arrives. And I think someone maybe converting the old skin to fit on this forum.A1cAviation wrote:The new forums are cool but I really liked the color scheme of the other one! Some one change it :( .

If Daddaluma registers, he'll get his group back. And yeah, we'll probably make a Coders group for anyone who contributes code to the site.

Would that apply to skin makers as well? Or would there be a different group for those people? Or nothing?

I think that wpuld be a good idea, except that the only person who has made a skin so far for this forum is Atilla, and he's a mod as well. Unless Pembie, Kashkin and jt are included in the group as well. Which they should be.incluye wrote:Would that apply to skin makers as well? Or would there be a different group for those people? EDIT :: I would also like to recommend Mosh for mod of the Web Comics forum. It's busy as it is, and Mosh has already demonstated how dedicated his is to webcomics.
