I write a sentence, and hide it with a spoiler that says '1'. Second guy looks at my sentence and write another sentence that he thinks that would fit best for the story, and hides it with a spoiler that says '2'. The third guy looks at spoiler 2 (not at any spoiler before!) and writes a sentence that he thinks would fit the best, etc.
We will write 15 sentences - first two or three are intro, and the last two or three are the outro. Sentences between are the main part. After we're done with that story I'll put it into .txt, .doc or a .docx file, and we're starting a new one. If you don't understand it now, you'll see that it's much more simple once we start.
