I cannot get enough of this place. I am there several times a week because it is only a five minute walk away from my university campus. I often make the mistake of getting a burrito and then getting a shake from Baskin Robbins. I feel like I'm about to explode.

Anyway, what do you like on your burrito? Mine:
- Chicken
- Rice
- Cheese
- Mild salsa
- Sour cream
- Lettuce
- Guacamole on occasion

BEST THREAD EVER

My burrito:

-rice
-pinto beans
-chicken
-sour cream
-cheese
-lettuce
-guacamole (when I'm feeling flush)

Oh, and, get jealous. I work about five stores down from a Chipotle, so I get free food and soda a lot.

Easily best thread ever. Usually, I get "The Blizz" - A burrito bol.

Chicken and Steak
Fajita Vegetables
No Beans
Lettuce
Extra Sour Cream
Extra Cheese
Mild and Hot Salsa

Beyond that, I get the "Double Decker" - A burrito. And I usually order a side of Steak Tacos and eat those later.

Extra Chicken
Mild and Corn Salsa
Cheese
Sour Cream

Thirded, yeah.

Mine's a fajita burrito, since I don't much like beans:
Carnitas
Rice
Onions/peppers
Lettuce
Cheese
Corn salsa (medium)

Carnitas are surprisingly good. I was always hesitant to try them since I preferred the texture of steak and chicken, but the steak and chicken are a bit too spicy for their own good, and I get all the capsaicin I need from the salsa. The flavor of carnitas is really amazing.

I always get one of those Nantucket drinks when I go. It helps to dilute anything too spicy.

Oh, I forgot to list my burrito:
  • steak
  • white rice
  • pinto beans
  • lettuce
  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • (occasionally) salsa
I don't think it's particularly interesting, but it's always hit the spot for me.

A couple of things (listen well, I eat at Chipotle at least once a week): salsa, in my opinion, dilutes much of the flavor. Now, living in Texas, I'm a huge fan of Tex-Mex, and no Tex-Mex meal is complete without salsa. But on a burrito, it just doesn't work for some reason. Salsa compliments an enchilada dish, perhaps, but.... I know many of you will disagree. Oh well.

Next thing: I only drink water at Chipotle. Soda, and especially Sprite, a) don't get rid of the spicy after-taste and b) taste funny when sipped right after a solid bite of guac.

Yeah. I <3 Chipotle. Also, I don't how universal this is, but in Austin, the food packaging has all kinds of cool writing on it.

Yeah, most of the sodas taste very weird directly after a burrito, and the fizz does *not* help the spiciness.

I clicked on this thread expecting it to be about a certain type of dish, no a full fledged restaurant chain. In any event, I've never been to, or even heard of this "Chipotle". Sounds good, though.

Why the countdown? You on a diet or something?

I just put this front and center on my whiteboard and it's done me just fine.

Naw, we don't have a Chipotle anywhere even remotely close to here, so when I get out of town at the end of this month, I'll be Chipotle-ing there.

Weekly Chipotle hit was ... two days ago, I think. By the way.
