Aside from that, I like using k. It never occured to me that I thought I should change it or I am uncomfortable with it.

My little sister has actually been doing this lately, so my impatience with it has been growing. "[Tsukatu], what do people in China usually eat?" "Lots of rice." "Nah, I think they eat a lot of salad." "..."
Anyway, I use the up arrow as my kill button, and down as my pause button. I like having the kill button quickly accessible because I usually prefer to just kill the ninja and start over instead of digging myself out of a mess I get into when I slip up.

I will never understand how you play N with one hand. I've seen your chimneying video, and it makes a ton of sense, but gaming controllers have always been two-handed, so it feels so unnatural to me. My fingers are also not that agile in trying to do multiple things on the same hand. Not sure if this is a cause for or effect of my preference for two-handed gaming.ToeFaceKiller wrote:Up to jump and right shift to kill so it's all excessively accessible.

Based on asking a few people on #n-highscores last month and finding that there is still a sizeable proportion of K users there. Satisfied now?Tsukatu wrote:Hold on. I agree with Pheidi. Like, I don't get the idea that you can both press jump button really fast (which is actually something not quite that easy for the majority - for me it's easy tho) and controlling the ninja.Pheidippides wrote:I will never understand how you play N with one hand.
