Do the 0s mean the map was utterly worthless garbage, or not submitted? I've seen a few 0s for round 2 even though the maps were submitted.

The way I see it:

I post an original map. Any retile of the map can't really be NRealitied. A reobject of that is allowed Nreality objects - because you're replacing the objects with your own.

Same goes for reobjecting the original. But I may dock points for people who just use tile drones to create a whole new map immediately. That's no fun.
