In these weeks I've begun playing N (Nreality).
But I've a problem:
The column 80-89 is locked.
How can I unlock this column?
Sorry I'm not good in English.

When you finished 80, look at it if it is opened or not.
It should be.

You should always be able to play the first episode of a column no problem...this is weird.
I dont have experience with this, so this is just a guess. It looks like you entered in a cheat code from n1.4, and then opened NReality. Either that or completed on practice mode, I don't know.
I would try:
restarting NReality (close and restart)
logging into NReality (under configure)
redownload NReality (from the website)
If none of those work, then I'm sure Unreality could probably do something on his side of the server.

In this screenshot you've got 81 unlocked, in the first one you don't. Try open it with cheats, and then beat it regularly.
