Tea - Iced or Hot?

Y'know, I'm trying to come up with an exception to this, but I can't. I think you're very right -- having a beverage served cold is always an option.

Iced coffee can easily be delicious. I've even screwed up in making my coffee in the morning sometimes and fixed it by popping in a few ice cubes before rushing out the door.
The statement wasn't about lukewarm drinks, but cold drinks.

Consider also that there are plenty of beverages that are usually served cold which would be terrible if served hot, such as lemonade, soda, and most mixed (alcoholic) drinks.

I probably drink more iced tea than hot tea, but that's only because iced tea is more readily available than hot tea.

It's called chocolate milk, and it's been around for awhile.

As for tea, it depends completely on what season it is; during the winter I prefer hot tea, during summer I prefer iced.

@ EdoI: Clamping your nose shut reduces/alters the taste of most things, unless they have a strong flavour. Like coffee.

Hm. I actually found about this somewhere in a magazine or on TV, and when I try it, it tastes very vapid to me. Not just me, anyone who tried it said it's vapid and tasteless.

No, but I don't put them in my hot chocolate either. You've really only made the point that your preferences are "better" than mine, which really isn't a point. Hot chocolate and chocolate milk are made with very similar, if not identical ingredients...that's my point, and at least it's objectively verifiable.

I know it is weird that all drinks taste good cold, but it is true. Another example of drinks that taste terrible warm or hot are soft drinks. Although, I once had hot Dr. Pepper that was made in a Dr. Pepper factory and it was alright. Still better cold.

I just tried this, and it was good. I am going to make another definite statement. You can put marshmallows in anything chocolatey, and it will taste good.
