I'm with Hostmonster right now. They're cheap and provide acceptable service. A warning: they won't let you renew at the crazy low price they're offering right now, so I'm probably switching to someone else.

http://1and1.com/ and http://nearlyfreespeech.net/ are the best registrars for generic TLDs. For ccTLDs, you might be best off contacting the country's registry office. NFS is also the first thing I'd recommend for hosting.

1and1 have been causing real problems, mainly with billing for other sites, numerous times for the same site.

Essentially they don't debit the payment on time, thus allowing them to take the site down and charge more for late payment. And the bill for this other site I mentioned ended up around £200 upwards.

Don't go with 1and1. Please.

I used ASmallOrange for a while. Also I'd recommend Cactus Internet.
