I personally think that the run sux at the left and is (shown by the fbf version) highly improveable.

So I was making a demo yesterday when I found out that striking the center of the exit is one frame faster. Here are 6 demos to demonstrate my point :-

Side of exit
So always aim for the center of the exit for a free frame!
Note:- Jumping is of no use when the door is on the floor.
