Can we get some sort of idea as to how much % wise it is completed? I can't tell from here but maybe implementing the icons would be a good start as that's a painless and easy job :)
EDIT: I think this should be pinned, it's kinda important.

Yeah. The forum decided to pop back in again so I'll get to changing the icons. Guys, never blame Pembie for taking a long time to code stuff. Don't do it ever again. Ever, ever, ever, ever again. Thanks to phpBB's coding layout I cry myself to sleep at night.Chase wrote:Can we get some sort of idea as to how much % wise it is completed? Woah. That's sweet. Flexible width is awesome. The way the "map image" side of the header slides behind the "Metanet forums" part of the header is really cool. Everything looks perfect. What's left on your to-do list?Wight wrote:forum.joeldt.net

I think this thread needs an update.
Considering Retronet is released and finished, work on the next skin has already begun, which is Ortsz's skin. Work on this can be viewed at The Metanet Skin Testing Facility. Enjoy.

I hoped I'll see that one done! It was my favorite during that skin madness.Chase wrote:I think this thread needs an update.

Ok, I've taken the liberty to update this thread with the most recent information at hand.
Now that Retronet is completed. Wight has started work on the next skin in the line, Ortskin, which you can view at the link he posted previously. This skin was designed initially by Ortsz and will feature a colour slider that allows you to set a custom colour for the skin.
After this, the Design team will remain idle, there won't be any activity beyond this unless someone else wants to take it upon themselves to start improving one of the skins that has already been created and then it will be coded. Otherwise, that's all folks.

A WILD PROJECT APPEARED!
I'm taking the liberty of giving m9orange a huge overhaul. It's an ugly looking skin and you're foolish to like it. I'll keep you updated with mock-ups in this thread. Feel free to post what you think.

I don't like the icons :|
Otherwise, I miss the yellow.
Could you do it with yellow?
Otherwise it looks quite boring.
edit: wait, is it orange? Why isn't m9orange called m9yellow? It's almost yellow, yet almost orange. It's confusing. I'm sticking with the yellow term.

Donfuy, the icons on that are placeholders, they will be changed in due course. Also the orange is foul. I just showed you. Still, who's up for the idea of it being renamed 'Chromatic' and having a colour slider like Ortskin?
Anywho. Here's some new icons for the topics on Retronet. From Left to Right.

Apparently you're missing the important part of the navigation in the header. The part that says colour slider.

The metanet icon seems too big. Not evident enough.
