... and Shaun got me Sonic Unleashed, which is a lot better than the reviews make out. Maybe because I'm still an innocent little boy...

Windows 7. With 3GB RAM and 250GB internal memory. Meh.
Other than that, I don't really know. I think my parents want to get me some bubble wrap this year for a joke, even though I've barely started on the 5m² that they got me last year. What weirdos.

I like the technique where I get presents on Christmas eve, return the crappy ones, and give myself new gifts bought with the money on Christmas day.
http://greenbrown.bandcamp.comPeople write to me and say, "I’m giving up, you’re not talking to me." I just write them a simple message like, "Never give up," you know? And it changes their life

We tend to be pretty casual about Christmas. Yesterday, my dad asks me whether there's anything I want and today I get handed a 1.5 TB drive. He's getting a box of Lindt chocolate, so I say it's basically a fair trade.

My grandmother takes me to a giant book store and gives me two hundred dollars every Christmas. She is a wonderful woman. The trip is usually accompanied by Eggs Benedict. I am heterosexual.

My mum lives in Corsica and it stays there so she can play Wii Fit. Shame it won't be in England... my dad would refuse. :PDonfuy wrote:YOU'RE GETTING A GAME CONSOLE AT LAST :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD29403 wrote:To better you, I'm at Sierra Leone!Rhekatou wrote:I don't get anything ;(

I'm getting a Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, NSMB and Super Smash Bros... but I won't get them until February. :(
Why only February?
And it's not even out yet.Tunco wrote:Fix'd. 2nd is way better than the first.

I don't really know what my grandparents are going to gimme this Christmas. Hopefully more than just some chocolates.
I'm thinking about asking my parents a new big screen... but I'm not sure about it.

Also I'm finished with the Lego thing, finally. Actually I would have finished it Sunday, but I recognized I misplaced a important piece so I unstitched the piece -while doing so, I had to unstitch most of the other pieces- and placed it to where it's supposed to be. D:
I will get a pic of it sometime this week.

Well, I found an Yngwie Malmsteem live DVD hiding under my parent's bed, so I can assume I'm getting that for Christmas. And I also checked the history in Firefox and found an order confirmation for a Metallica t-shirt from Amazon.

Guess what I did today, guys? I walked into a bookstore, found the Twilight display, and bought Eclipse with my own money.

Today after I unwrapped my eleven books my grandmother told me about how her mind wanders after a page or two of a novel and then asked me how I can read so much.SlappyMcGee wrote:My grandmother takes me to a giant book store and gives me two hundred dollars every Christmas. DJ hero (I was really sceptical of this but then I played it), random chocolates/biscuits, Day by day armageddon and Ultramarines omnibus (books), Pajamas (Joke present since at home I pretty much exclusively wear pajamas), random designer T-shirt I'll probably never wear (I don't agree with spending £30 or so a freaking t-shirt), Shower stuff (I keep telling people to stop buying me this stuff), money, Little Big Planet and Just Cause.

Lock if the X-mas thread develops into this.
I got a nice metalwork for my room, an ipod touch (8Gb), three books in history and one on architecture, some aftershave, three pairs of extravagant boxers, and a dressing gown! Couldn't imagine anything better for someone in their 40's!
Oh, and I got £50 for Game. Woot.

£40 pounds in itunes vouchers, £50 in actual money, a wallet, some books and some socks. All in all, a good haul, I feel, especially since the only thing I asked for was the itunes vouchers.

The Valve Complete Pack,
"Probabilistic Graphical Models",
"Introduction to Algorithms",
"Ashes Against the Grain" by Agalloch,
"Neverworld" by Power Quest,
"Magic Never Dies" by Power Quest.
I got the Valve complete pack before we left for vacation, and the latter two cd's haven't arrived yet. Overall I'm decently satisfied with what I got.

Just a Lego thing. Anyway, I will buy GH5 this weekend for myself because I didn't get any fucking present except the Lego truck. That's all.
