So after two and a half years with my Motorola SLVR (<3333), the battery decided it couldn't last past three text messages so I had to get a new phone. I was originally told I was going to get the DROID, which I was initially apathetic towards, but did some research and got rather excited. Then, of course, we found out that I would have to pay and extra $30/month for the data plan, so I ended up with a cheap, bottom of the line phone instead. I am now the not-so-proud owner of a Samsung Sway. It's a pain in the ass to text with and I have to hold it two feet away from my ear because of the volume (which I can't seem to get down), but other than that it's just a phone.

Samsung Tocco Lite. Cheapest phone I've ever bought, and amazing for the price. A few flaws, but for an £80 smartphone, I'm not complaining.

(I say 'smartphone', I mean 'has a touch screen'.)

I've still got my trusty HTC Dream, and it's probably going to be my phone for quite a while. I'm quite happy with it, but if I get a sudden and large surge of money out of nowhere, I'm going for either a Droid or one of those NVIDIA phones.

I've got a Versa! Resistive touch screens suck ass! If it was capacitive instead, I wouldn't constantly be butt-dialing everyone I care about! And I could have gotten an enV Touch! ;_;

Skype is a free voice chat service as well as a text chat service. With computers, you can also video call free of charge. To make calls to land-lines or to video conference, you need Skype Dollars.

JasJam iMate something-or-other. Awesome touch screen and keyboard, but lags when opening up programs (so it's kind of like my computer in that respect).
