I was kind of disappointed at how few rewards were given for completing the game fully. I was expecting the Tutorial and N+ Expert Challenge maps to give a new Gamer Picture or something when completed, but I got nothing. Would it be possible to add things like this into the game now?

Maybe. Because Robotology's work has been delayed indefinitely, M&R is open to some ideas at the moment. Anyway, I don't think that they would bother working on N+ anymore.
