Rammstein. And a whole shit-ton of 90s music. And Kid Cudi. And Kanye West. And Gnarls Barkley. And DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. Also, Daft Punk here and there. I'm also fond of the Gorillaz. There's a very wide variety of music I'm listenin' to right now.

Lewis & Clarke - Blasts of Holy Birth
One member of Man Man, one member of Rachel's, and the rest by singer/songwriter Lou Rogai. It's a fantastic folk record. Really neat stuff going into this.

Image

Growing - Color Wheel
Out-of-this-world and artfully-done drone. Layers of super-distorted and psychedelic guitars.

Image

William Basinski - Meloncholia
One of Basinski's best records, and more approachable than most of his catalog. It feels more contemporary than most of his ambient works, but it's definitely Basinski. I'm also digging another two of his records I just picked up, 92982 and Vivian & Ondine.

Whoa, Dawn Escapes. I'm surprised anyone else has heard of Falling Up. I love Falling Up. Nice!

I'm back listening to Slayer, Vader, Metallica, Behemoth, etc. I pick songs off of albums when I decide to listen to music; I rarely listen to entire albums at a time. So I've been listening to a medley lately. Kind of into drone, and ambient. Eluvium is one of my favourite bands at the moment. And I look forward to listening to Thy Majestie's new album whenever I can.

Noah and the Whale - The First Days of Spring
Described as the break up album of the year by numerous reviews, this indie folk/pop album beautifully Sufjan Stevens-esque acoustics and instrumentation with Grizzly Bear's Veckatimest's style.

Image

Shout Out Louds - Our Ill Wills
Their second album, Our Ill Wills is a mildly tragic, very moving album with a completely different take than the Swedish group's debut.

Image

Seabbear - The Ghost that Carried Us Away
A beautiful indie folk album featuring eclectic orchestration and catchy, light hearted themes.

Yeah, I've loved them since I heard a song from them in like... 2004-2005.

You have good taste in metal as well.

Kind of Blue - Miles Davis.
Found this in my brother's bookshelf, haha. Jazz!

spoiler

Space is the Place - Sun Ra.
More jazz, but more experimental and free this time. Pretty crazy.

spoiler

Angles Without Edges - Yesterdays New Quintet.
Jazz again, but this is more acid-y, with a lot of cues taken from hip-hop. Really fun. It's an alias of Madlib, by the way.

spoiler

Madvillainy - Madvillain.
I'm sure you're all probably aware of this, but pretty much the best hip-hop album of ever. MF DOOM on the mic and Madlib on the beats.

spoiler

Donuts - J Dilla.
Rest in peace. ;__; Spectacular instrumental hip-hop.

So, yeah, mostly hip-hop and getting into some jazz.

Not only do I like Radiohead's official more than some fan-pic, it's also crucial to the music and how they wanted it presented. You wouldn't change 15 Step's intro, or any other part of the music, so why change the album art?

It's really not. I guess you could say it's important presentation wise, but saying its influences the music itself seems ridiculous to me because it just doesn't. I don't feel any different listening to the album when looking at its cover art than when I'm not, so I'd say that it isn't crucial to the music whatsoever.
