Thanks, lucky you got that 0th when you did or you would have missed out! I accidentally put George in the credit twice.. and then I saw you took the 0th and it was your innovation so I was obliged to put it in! :P

comments:

clux's 70-0 is fantastic.
naem's 79-4 is dodge-tastic.
lookatthis's 06-4 speedrun bit is nifty.
Mr_Lim's 85-4 is fast.

didn't quite like the effects, but it doen't matter.

next time get some more NUMA maps. I would like at least one of my agds in this. I've made some excellent fbf'd demos in my days. :) no, seriously, look through my faves.

anyway 5/5. great slow-mo parts.

I bright color flash effect things were annoying but I loved how you slowed down the run for close calls and sped it up in some parts. Some pretty crazy runs in there.
ExüberNewsFeed: Exuberance is mostly <AFF> (Away From Forums) for a while, though I may still participate in epic contests/threads. When I return, I shall bring several comic updates (enough to finish season 1) and hopefully 1 or 2 games- at least one of which is N-related
Comic Activity-O-Meter: (how often I'm updating my comic)
(Click here to see what each level and half-level means in terms of updates per time period)

NOTE: If I just add a bunch of comics in one day, but plan on going back to normal after that, I probably won't update the status.
+ Dead: Canceled. Done. Maybe you'll get a random comic like once a year, but it's pretty much done.
- Zombie (Dead/Comatose): The comic is probably done regular updates forever, but I'll probably still add something once in a blue moon. It's still POSSIBLE, that I'll raise the status up, but not very likely. Maybe I'll have a comicplosion for like a week, then go back to being dead
+ Comatose: Complete stand-by. No (or very few) updates for some amount of time, but the comic's far from being over
- <AFK> (Comatose/Loitering): Stand-by, but you might possibly count on a few updates once and a while. Again, this is temporary
+ Loitering: Like comatose, but for short amount of times.
- Turtling (Loitering/Semi-Active): Really slooooww updates
+ Semi-Active: One every 2 weeks...ish?
- Quasi-Active (Semi-Active/Active): Averaging about 2 comics every 3 weeks
+ Active: Loosely defined status, but about a weekly update
- Over-Active (Active/Power-leveling): About 2 comics a week
+ Power-leveling: About 3 comics a week. Possible a schedule, possibly not
- Über-Epic (Power-leveling/COMICPLOSION!!): In some cases, this may actually be mean updates more frequently than COMICPLOSION!!, but I'm defining this level as a non-organized comic rush, kind of like a few days after my comic started
+ COMICPLOSION!!: Daily updates for a minimum of 5 days (since the daily updates started. It remains at this status until the 5, 7, whatever days are done)

Sure, keep a txt file with a shortlist of demos and attach them here or PM like golfkid when you are happy with your list. When I gather enough, I will select a handful of demos from the shortlist edit them into my first post.

The colour blur on the occasional demo was blinding, but apart from that, this is a class video! I never really set foot in the highscoring world (for obvious reasons :D), and so this is an eye opener.

Once again, brilliant video, can't wait to see more!

Thats the level and the demo. I made the level and I think its good enough for the video.. if anyone can do a better job than that demo there, well it would be amazing for one and 2, it would definitely deserve to be in the video.
Lol thats my whole list: that one level.

hehe. nice run stonedeagle :P But I'm really after lists of Special demos. Even if it is just one trick or some awesome stunt. Not saying your run isn't special but we need to get a decent list happening first.

One tip, next time (if there is a next time) use more flavours.

Regarding the flavours, I did think to change the flavours whenever I could, also some colours don't show up on video as well as others. But I am happy with the variety of flavours used and thanks jackass77, I love editing video! It's very fun...

Nice job. My computer seems to be getting slower and couldn't seem to record without lag (in most cases, even my best shots of a level were laggy). Yours, on the other hand, seems to have handled it nicely.

I've also put together a list of runs that might be worth showing. Actually, I chose these because they were interesting maps, not because the demos are spectacular. I do think that they are worth it, though.

Wow! I just watched them all... That was crazy! The Be happy DDA was fantastic and that drug trip of a map was insane. Definitely some potential to be included in a future video. (P.S. I remember that cheese grating map by Evil Bob, clever stuff...)

I'd have recommended them for the first one, but I didn't realize you were willing to show off glitches/mods. (And as for the others, I suppose my only excuse is that I forgot them.)

If you do use Colorful Blackness, just make sure to give some indication that it isn't the result of video editing.

Edit: also, you probably should record The Cheese Grater in edit mode; otherwise the ninja doesn't hit the final teleporter.

Okay, the flavours were good then. The graphics were cool. I loved the shining light you added insome demos. But best of all like many others here, I loved how you made the close-calls slower.

That's a really good movie, very nice runs by everyone. I think there should be a speedrun video made too, because all on the video were highscore runs.

Great movie.

Definitely a fantastic video. So many classic runs there that I was around to enjoy. Unfortunately, it was my first viewing of some of those newer innovations; I haven't been active in the highscore community since at least 2006.

Only problem is the effects, which I find nauseating, but they didn't put me off enough to actually make me vomit.

Yeah I agree with some of the effects, though the slowdowns for the close calls was very nice. Overall great video.

If you were thinking of doing a NUMA one then I have quite a few I could add.
