Okay so, in case anyone is interested, I think I've found a good way to help with the group-to-group variety. I just did it for Group 10. Basically, once I have 5 people on the "ready" list, I just look and see who they were in with last week. If any person on the ready list keeps popping up too much, I will bump them out and wait for another person.
I think time will show that people who have just done two weeks in a row are most likely going to get bumped out for the upcoming week. It just happened to Pikman. Next week, I think it will happen to Tunco as well.
Of course, the fewer participants there are, the harder and harder it becomes to ensure that people see >50% turnover of group members, but this new system is another step in my efforts to make this group as "plug n play" as the MRT/MCT. But yeah, if you guys want to encourage other people to join, that'd be dandy. They don't have to stick around. They can just use it intermittently like the MRT/MCT.

That's alright. I just have one question. When you bumped out for a week, do you get in the following/ next week? Anyway, I'm cool with both of the options.Avarin wrote:Okay so, in case anyone is interested, I think I've found a good way to help with the group-to-group variety. I just did it for Group 10.
