This is surprisingly tough for me, because I love peanut butter candies, especially Reese's products, but caramel in ice cream is really good too. Come to think of it, I really love caramel in candy, and peanut butter in ice cream. It's even better when there is both! Gah, I cannot choose.

Then again, I have higher preferences in ice cream than caramel, so I'll go with peanut butter overall.

While Nutella is one of the best things humans have made, it is not peanut butter. It is hazel nut.rocket_thumped wrote:Nutella any one?
Caramel can go on bread you guys. Actually, caramel can taste good on bread by itself. Peanut butter has to have a jam to go with it. Caramel candy is delicious. Caramel with fruit is better than peanut butter and fruit. Caramel works well with ice cream as well. Peanut butter makes good candies. I personally love Reese's. They are soooooo good. Although, caramel has some other candies that I wouldn't want to miss. I would have to say caramel, but I like peanut butter a lot too.

Caramel is slightly better in ice cream, but I give peanut butter the edge for its versatility: candy, toast, sandwiches, and ice cream.

But it is NOT peanut butter, so it does not factor into this.epigone wrote:Oh dear god, nutella is delicious.rocket_thumped wrote:Nutella any one?

So, you know, on bread and toast, peanut butter is nice, but I would lean towards caramel for the other things.
P.S. Twix is supreme.

Peanut butter on its own is my favourite sandwich filling of all time. Caramel? It's alright, but there really is no competition here as far as I'm concerned.

I like it with jam because it lightens up the thickness that the peanut butter is. The texture and temperature is off without the cool, moist jam. A pure peanut butter sandwich is not for me. I do like jam on bread without peanut butter, so maybe I just like jam a lot.Seneschal wrote:You are oh so wrong.Aldaric wrote:Peanut butter has to have a jam to go with it.
