You have no idea how badly I want to be a tourist in Japan right now.
Living like that would be hell, of course, but visiting would be a-to-the-mazing.
I'm 6'4", broad-shouldered, extroverted, loud, frequently obnoxious, and otherwise highly assertive. I would use the entire vacation to push the limits of how much crap I could get away with.

Hmm. I'd like to stay in England, but in that I think...hmm. London? Maybe. For some reason Liverpool popped into my head. Don't really know.

Temporary hiatus for learning and shit.

Is that where you learned bear?Tsukatu wrote:I spent my earliest years in / frequently visited Russia
I would definitely like to visit Portugal sometime, in no small part to Donfuzzizle, and I have some sort of lifelong dream that entails moving to Germany and living on a rocky coast in a plexiglass/plastic house. Japan seems like a cool place to visit sometime, and I plan on going to Canada within the next five years.

After serious consideration, I want to live in Bjork's house when she dies.

I remember seeing that picture. That place would make for some bitching sledding in the winter.

Not to mention some bitchin' flooding in the rainy season. And some bitchin' mudslides, to boot.capt_weasle wrote:I remember seeing that picture. That place would make for some bitching sledding in the winter.
My first impression of houses like these is that they're amazing, but practical considerations quickly turn them into worst housing imaginable.

once the revolution succeeds, Iran.
yep. I definitely wouldn't want to visit the Aokigahara forest during my visit to Japan.scythe wrote:I'm pretty sure I'm capable of getting tired of just about anywhere that I live within a year or so. Currently I just plan to move around a lot.
That said, probably Vancouver, or somewhere on the relevant island.
Except, uh, Tampa and Orlando? Florida has a lot of problems, but "low population density" certainly doesn't make the list!MAXXXON wrote:Actually, the entire area in Florida between Tampa Bay and Ocala, including the Gulf coast, is completely devoid of big cities. So within the US that leaves me with southern states away from the coast (where big cities are).
Also Japan has a mediocre, though unique, culture. The whole damn country is depressed, dull, and addicted to cigarettes. Look who's in sixth place:

And for all their fucked-up pornography, their sex lives couldn't be more uninteresting. And believe me, it gets worse. Let me put it this way: the Japanese admire the French. The Goddamn French. Seriously.
